The house was perfect for our family to celebrate Christmas. The host even put up a Christmas tree, which added to our experience. The host was very respondent and very kind. Highly recommend!

Hardin Valley comfortable home

This house was perfect for our family’s needs. It was very clean and comfortable. The gas fireplace and Christmas tree made it cozy. We will definitely stay here again if it’s available next time we travel to Knoxville.

New Years Vacay!

I love this house, this is our second stay here. It’s clean. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Close to lots of different stores and restaurants. Pigeon Forge is an hour away and there’s lots to do there. We love this house and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you!!

Highly Recommended, Very Clean

The property was better than advertised and James was incredible to work with. We didn't have any issues during our stay and would definitely stay again if we were ever in town again. The house was incredibly clean and check-in was effortless. James gave us a few excellent restaurant recommendations and checked in with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We could not have asked for a cleaner house or better experience.

Perfect location, perfect size

The home was in the perfect location for us. We were on a vacation/house hunting/job interview trip. Easy to get to all the neighborhoods we needed to get to, plus not far from UT. The size of the home was great. We had six adults and 2 toddlers. There was plenty of room for everyone. Nice to be able to cook a few meals “at home”. Toddlers had more than enough room to move around, without worrying about them breaking things. Owner was very easy to work with, and very responsive when we had a question. Would definitely recommend this house to others.

James is a single parent of three awesome kids. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a business degree concentrated in Logistics and Transportation. I moved around the southeast after college to build experience, but came back home to Knoxville to start a family. Knoxville is a hidden jewel with a vibrant downtown, great University and easy access to the Smoky mountains and many lakes.

I’m very involved with my kids as I coach my sons travel baseball team, help out with my daughters softball team and I’m always on the go between softball, baseball and cheerleading. I have my kids 50/50 so when I don’t have my kids I am passionate about hosting my properties for others to enjoy Knoxville. My hobbies include all things sports, working out, going to the lake and traveling.
