Perfect house for a group of friends. Short 10-15 minute walk to the pub/ main drag. Very clean and tidy. It was a Perfect little stay for 3 nights over new years with friends. Hoping to stay again next year.Easy check in too.

Great premises, modern, clean and spacious

Thanks Sandra, the house was amazing and complete with all utensils. All my friends and my family had an amazing time. The only downfall was the weather was a hit and miss but that out of your control. Definitely will be returning in the very near future.

Lovely property.Lots of room for 5 adults to be together or have some space as desired.Bathrooms were large and well appointed.Just a couple of minor maintenance things which need to be fixed but otherwise lovely.We all enjoyed it.

Central & comfortable

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Very clean and comfortable home. Good beds (everyone commented on how comfortable their beds were) and lounging areas and there is enough seating for 8 adults, which is rare to find. The bedrooms were generous in size, to add extra bedding for littlies. It's a great place to stay, only a couple minutes drive (its an easy walk as well) to the township of Torquay, the factory outlets, and the Pub. We will definitely look at staying here again. Your house was well equipped

Supplying sheets & towels was an inconvenience as taking a family on holidays room in our vehicle is an issue No gas for the BBQ was annoying A few little small extra items in toilets etc to help us keep things sanitised We think for the price we pay it’s not to much to ask

Dear Leila, Thank you for your review, we respect your opinion and I have added our responses below: 1-we indicate in the conditions of rental that sheets and towels are not provided but we could organise this service at an additional cost. You did not ask for it. 2-There is a spare gas bottle for the BBQ in the garage, if you had contacted us we could have assisted you with this issue. 3-Also mentioned in our welcome email that no toiletries are included but we do include hand wash, dishwashing detergent and cleaning implements. Torquay By the C stay

6 adults came to stay for 2 nights. We were extremely disappointed at the communication when we asked for some basic soap. Your response, after telling me that soap is a personal item, but that there was a bottle downstairs and we would need to split it into the dispensers, was unprofessional and discourteous. In the middle of a pandemic and you don't have hand washing soap readily available. It may seem like a trivial matter, but the response in it's entirety received was deemed to be rude and sarcastic. Also, I suggest that you get the cleaners to open drawers and remove the dirt from them, especially in the ensuite.

In your text you asked me if there was soap and my response to you was, and I quote: that we don't provide it as this is a personal item. I further mentioned in my text that there was liquid hand washing soap in the bathroom down stairs. I was not trying to be sarcastic or rude. Your comment about the draws in the ensuite are dully noted and will be reinforced to the cleaners.

Great house, centrally located

Very nice property, and pleasantly surprised when we walked in. I don't think the photos show how nice the upstairs living area. Loved how close we were to the town centre and the beaches. Will definitely come back!!

Great Location and House

Relaxing house in a perfect location

Overall the house was amazing, the check in was really easy and the host is very good with communication. The house is not too far from the shops and beach and is in a nice quiet neighborhood which made the stay much more relaxing and enjoyable.

Great stay in prime location

Nice place. Suitable for 4 couples. Great communication with host. The place gets quite warm during the day and doesn't have a lot of air flow - a few extra portable fans for downstairs would be ideal. Overall great stay!

This property needs to be Maintained better before re renting , leaks in garage , fan supplied did not work , lead to sandwich maker had duct tap around a repair , water runs out off shower upstairs ,cook ware dirty .

I am sadden but your lack of empathy during these difficult times and I wish you all the best. I will only tell you that the stains in the garage were product of leaks that had been repaired before your stay but the walls could not be painted due to the shortage of tradies during the lock down.

Escape to the beach

A few friends and family from inner Melbourne needed an escape to the beach and this house was perfect for the occasion. The host was very easy to communicate with and house was clean and spacious. Would highly recommend to those looking for a location in Torquay!
