Excellent!
Beautiful spacious home. Big enough for a group of people to have their own space. Finished basement with huge wrap around sofa and TV and a guitar and keyboard! Great kitchen for cooking. Spotless! Stone floor shower was my favorite feature! Quiet neighborhood. Feels rural but not isolated. Great communication, went above and beyond in their helpfulness. Super friendly. Two Relaxing deck areas overlooking a beautiful Meadow. I really can't say enough. Short drive to grocery stores and town restaurants. Great hiking nearby. Lots of outdoorsy stuff to do. Highly recommend!

The house in the mountain
Brenda and Eric were great! Always prompt to answer our questions and provide any assistance. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied. The location was great for the grocery store and for our outings.

Great Home in Great Location
Our two-week stay in this comfortable, clean, convenient home was the exact spot we needed for accommodating the two of us and also family visitors. As seniors, we especially appreciated and enjoyed the open house design providing bedrooms on the first floor, and we loved the ample deck space for relaxing and dining. The house location was ideal with quick, easy access to Shaw's, I-89, downtown Waterbury, and back roads that led us past beautiful properties with million-dollar views. Eric and Brenda were very accessible and helpful in answering questions and providing operations assistance quickly. Having leased short-term Vermont rentals for several consecutive summers, we agreed with family guests that this rental had been the most desirable and pleasurable, making everyone eager for future regatherings here.
