Remote location was just about right distance from the hustle and bustle of Eureka Springs. We had great evenings decompressing from our tourist activities. Grill area was a bit hit for our evening cook-out and fireside sit.
This cabin is picture perfect cozy! We had no trouble comfortably sleeping two families of four. The kids loved the tree swing out front and near the river! The deck was the perfect place for my morning coffee, and the firepit was great for family s’mores that night. If we ever end up back in Arkansas, we’d LOVE to stay again!
This entire property was beautiful: the cabin, the land, the proximity to the river—this place gave us the setting for incredible memories down the road. Thank you, Jess!
Awesome place to get away from everything. We fly fished and caught several small mouth bass. We kayaked some, water too low to do the full trip. Even the teenagers enjoyed the place. House was well stocked and clean.
Jess was very accommodating and friendly. The house has a ton of fun things to do outdoors. The stairs were a little steep, but the rest of the house was great! We are looking forward to coming back in warmer weather.
The cabin was spacious and super cute! Very well stocked with cooking supplies and spices. Plenty of towels and blankets to use. Property was nice and we saw deer every morning. Close to surrounding activities. We’d come back!
We were in awe when we stepped in through the doorway only to be delighted by the entire cabin! It has so much room to feel at home and the outdoor arrangement was perfect for us to gather together! One of the best features is the walk across the property to the clear and beautiful King River!! We all agreed we want to go back to this magical cabin at the end of a long gravel road! The owners were so accommodating above and beyond!
Absolutely a beautiful location by the river. Very clean & everything there we would need.
Beautiful location by the river. Great things to do at the cabin: frisbee golf, horseshoes, play in the river. A lot to do within 1.5 hour drive. Great space for the 8 of us. Two living areas so great space to spread out. Well stocked. Jess was very helpful in answering questions. We would definitely stay there again.
Eight of us stayed in the cabin, four adults and four children, and immediately felt at home upon walking into the cabin. Everything you need is included, but it’s the property that really makes this VRBO memorable. From the beautiful yard with a fire pit and horse shoes to the river access within the trees, we were so impressed and entertained. The cabin is a short drive from a long list of fun things to do. We had a great vacation here and can’t wait to book our next stay.
Overall the property was nice!! The property description says there’s a hot tub and kayak/canoe. There was no hot tub and no kayak or canoes. After we got there, There was a book that said they provided float trips. We were disappointed that there was no hot tub and that we were not able to just walk to the water and float at our own convenience.
The cabin is better than the pictures reflect as is the property. The property is much bigger than expected, and it is clear great care was taken to keep it from being a mosquito haven. I never wore bug spray and had no trouble at all.
The cabin is clean and well cared for with much thought given to the needs of the guests.
Our original plan was to go see Eureka Springs, but we ended up just being happy to stay and enjoy our time at the cabin.
The "sleeps 10" rating seems to include couches, but that is common for VRBO.
It does require a dirt road to reach, but we had a low profile car reach it with no trouble so that shouldn't be a hinderance to anyone.
Cabin was perfect for our group of 4 to spread out and have our own sleeping spaces. Enjoyed the view of the river and the swings and hammocks. Cabin was well stocked and the beds were comfy. Game room with shuffleboard was great. Perfect relaxing weekend in a beautiful and quiet cabin.
3 friends and I stayed at the river front cabin for 3 nights. Everyone enjoyed the house and we had no issues during our stay. The house is updated and clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great vacation!
This is a very nice and spacious cabin retreat with a lot of amenities. The owner brought canoes for us to use during our stay. Linens and towels were provided and there was plenty of firewood. Beautiful and peaceful with tons of wildlife. We’d definitely return!
We stayed here with 10 people and there was plenty of room to sleep. When they say it is fully furnished that’s exactly what they mean!!! There was no reason to even bring a blow dryer because it was furnished. They also furnish canoes for the river!!! Amazing house with amazing hosts!!!! Will definitely stay again
