Location was great near family

We were happy with the location of this property right down the road to family.The house was very clean.Well stocked with toiletries and items for the beach.The only thing I need to warn about is it says it’s a 2 bedroom .It needs to be listed as a 1 bedroom because the other bed is in a garage with blinds in the windows of a garage.Unfortunately my mother tried to sleep out there and the adjoining neighbor woke her up all hours of the night and early morning by lifting his garage to enter and exit there home.It got so bad we actually went out to see who was doing it so many times this is when we found out the gentleman next store works on his boat right outside her room.So if you want a quiet stay this is not the house for you .

Sorry about your mother's experience. "All hours of the night," simply isn't true. The property has been rented dozens of times and no one has ever made that complaint. The neighbor is very conscientious about the next room over and only uses the garage at appropriate hours of the day or early evening.
