Do not stay here. Upon arrival I received a tect message saying we could not use the garage as the owner had to store items from another property. When I arrived the house smelled, the garage was not just full of things being stores but what appeared to be the dirty linen from the previous guest. The walls and door frames were so stained they were black in color. The bathroom in the master bedroom had mold on the walls and ceilings. The bed in the master bedroom was broken however the owner decided not to mention this and instead places paint cans under the bed as an attempt to hide the fact that the bed had collapsed. The entire bed frame was in pieces under the bed. When it was reported I was told that they would replace and fix the bed while we are out. It did not happen. When I reaches out to see why I was ignored. I did not receive a reply until checkout which was a simple "we will work something out". I do not recommend this home! You have been warned.

Hi Chastity, we’re sorry to hear that this was not your best experience renting a vacation home. We certainly want our guests to arrive at a home that is 100% ready, and the owners feel the same way. They wanted to weigh in on some of your feedback: We sincerely apologize for the problems you experienced while in our home. We care very much about our guests and that is why we do our best to make arrangements as soon as possible when a previous guest has damaged our property.
- Rather than cancel your stay at the last minute, we tried to remedy the situation as best we could so you rest easy. We noticed that you didn’t say the bed was uncomfortable, so we hope that propping it up didn’t cause you to have a sleepless night. We fixed the bed immediately after you left and we apologize for not doing so sooner.
- The garage was a temporary exception to our normal amenities and it has been reset. We did a deep cleaning, as we always do at the end of the season, and didn’t find any mold. We also completed our semi-annual landscaping now that the weather has improved. We hope that you will come back and give us a chance to show you how exceptional our property is.
So close to all Southend has to offer. Clean house with plenty of room and a great back deck!

Pot House
The smell of pot and cigarette smoke was unbearable. Finally found some clean towels in the dryer. Garbage piles up in the garage for days and smelled as bad as the pot smell inside the house. The A/C filter was completely clogged up. It’s a nice house and should be maintained so the owner can sell it without further abuse to the house.
The property was well located near food and shopping. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The owner was communicative. We'd definitely stay here again.

Spacious and Comfortable - Great Location!
We enjoyed our stay here. There was plenty of room for eight of us. The guest contact, Jason, was very responsive if we needed anything. We liked that it was walkable to the grocery and restaurants. Definitely would book again!

Perfect for us
We had a nice time in Dilworth at Jason's home. He was responsive to any questions we had and very accommodating around check in and check out times. There were five of us and the house was spacious and clean. We spent a lot of time out on the new deck out back. The neighborhood is full of beautiful homes. Walking distance to lots of restaurants which was nice. If were were to return we would book this property again.

Spacious & Convenient location
We were surprising my husband for his 60th birthday by having out of town guests and this home was large enough to provide a bedroom for each couple. The home was very conveniently located (walkable) to the Lynx light rail and we were able to explore SouthEnd, Uptown and the NODA areas with our out of town guests.
The bedrooms and bathrooms were exactly what we needed to have a place of rest and the kitchen/dining area was open and allowed us to gather and "break bread" as a group.
The new deck that was recently built was also nice to have as a gathering place.
Everything was nice only a few things that needed fixing. If you like to watch tv bring yo own cause it’s only one in the whole house in that’s in the living room.
Location, check-in, communication, and the overall experience was great except for a few annoyances that could have been easily resolved. The downstairs restroom was inoperable all weekend as it didn't work. There were no towels in any of the restrooms as we later found they were all still in the dryer. The home lacked basic amenities like paper towels and knives that could handle cutting simple things, like potatoes.
As I said, the property was almost excellent. This was my first experience with VRBO. Not a great first experience.
The home was very clean, newly updated, had all that we needed. Close to restaurants, coffee, etc.
It was supper easy to locate, get in and out of and with communicating with the owner. Had all the room our family needed. We were in town for our sons wedding.
