About the host
Hosted by Karen Jungjohann
We are a family of four who live in Toronto where our children attended French Immersion. Their knowledge of French and our love of the French cuisine, wine, and unspoiled countryside inspired us to look for opportunities to travel in France. We were introduce to the Languedoc-Roussilon region in 2010 by an old friend in the wine business. We found the area to be the perfect combination of cuisine, culture, outdoor activity, and opportunities to explore and relax, so we fulfilled the dream of owning a property in France and are thrilled to be able to share it and this wonderful region with our guests.
Why they chose this property
Maison de Farine is a well-appointed property that has an ideal combination of historical features and modern amenities - just like the town in which it is situated. The location offers the opportunity for guests to explore the lovely village and it beautiful features, as well as relax and enjoy this well-equiped property with two kitchens with large stoves, three fridges, and many other thoughtful amenities.
What makes this property unique
From the classic features of the stone walls and wood beams, to the modern kitchens and baths, this property has the perfect combination of old and new to create a wonderfully comfortable experience for all guests.
