Overhanging the Atlantic ocean, the Seaside Shack is walking distance to whale cruises, family friendly activities, restaurants and Acadian culture. It is a quick drive to the Cape Breton Highlands National Park, many beaches, river tubing, paddle boarding and other attractions.
If you’d rather stay in, relax with a book or barbecue on the wrap-around deck as you wait for the sun to set over the island.

Why they chose this property
I grew up in the area and moved to Toronto in my teens. I always to stay connected to my roots back home and this was the first step in laying down a few roots.
What makes this property unique
The most significant benefits here is that it's the only place in town that's on the water without another house on either side for a good distance. So you're overhanging the ocean in the middle of town and still have a great amount of privacy.
