Why they chose this property
This property is very important to me because it is in the area where I was born & raised.
I bought this property in 2017 from Emilie Burns, who lived next door to us when we were brought up. She sold her house to me because she was moving to a Nursing Home. Her house is now also being rented out as a vacation home under the name "Waterfront Cheticamp Vacation Home".
I decided to build a 2nd house in 2020-2021 on Emilie's property because I was looking for a project for retirement. This 2nd house is behind Emilie Burns' house. It is rented out as a vacation home under the name "Sunset & Water View Cheticamp Vacation Home - Units 1 & 2".
