What a lovely property for our stay in South Dakota. It worked out great for a family of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Close to the main street and multiple parks. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again.

Home away from home is the best way to describe this VRBO. We stayed 6 weeks and couldn’t have been happier. Roomy, comfortable, well lit, fantastic location and everything you need to prep home cooked meals. TV/streaming options, coffee, linens, towels, games, hangers, luggage racks, washer/dryer, and so much more. We liked it so much we’ve already booked another stay. Owner is responsive and very helpful.

Canyon St. Rental - Spearfish, SD

This was everything that was described and more!!! The amenities were over and above. Shampoo Conditioner body wash & towels were all very good products. Dishes, cooking utensils to glassware were to the nth degree. You couldn't ask for a cleaner quieter place to stay and close proximity to downtown. We will stay here again Thank you Sonja for letting us stay in your beautiful home. Can't wait to stay again as we are still looking for a place there when we move in a couple of years.

Great Place!

We were there for a quick little getaway. There were 3 adults and three teenagers and it fit us perfectly! The place was so clean! Super comfy and we really felt at home! Very well stocked with everything (loved all of the throws!). Location was an easy walk to a nice bike path and downtown venues. Owner was really quick to answer any questions! Only thing lacking (and it is a small thing) was a dish rag or sponge to do dishes, so we ended up using a washcloth. Could not have asked for a better place to stay! Thanks for making us feel so at home!!

Comfortable community

This place is situated just north of Black Hills National Forest. Good location, nice community, but a little far from the heart of it all. It is not private at all. Your neighbors are literally steps away. The covered seating area is for the community, not private, so that was a bit of a bummer when we got there and actually read the captions of the photos. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. Clean, equipped, and it did the job. Next time we will probably look to stay in Hill Coty just so we're closer to the heart of the area but Spearfish is a great little town with good restaurants and shopping.

Great Property and Location

We stayed at the property for 5 nights during the Sturgis Rally. First, there was plenty of room for our bikes and trailer and a couple of trucks outside. The house was walking distance into downtown Spearfish, so after a long day of riding, we could walk to the local restaurants and bars. For the property, it feels brand new. We slept 5 of us comfortably. The kitchen was well a-pointed and there was a grill available on the front porch. There was a shared common area with the other houses, but we never took advantage of that. The beds were all comfortable. The linens (towels, sheets, pillows) that were provided were all high quality. Communication with the owner was easy and was always quick to respond. We checked in and out with no problems. If we make it back to the Rally, will definitely stay here again.

Six friends visiting Spearfish for a long weekend. House was the perfect location! Coffee and scones each morning at Ruby’s Roost, shopped at Freckled Fox and dinner at Killians- all walking distance too. Beds in the house were comfortable with plenty of blankets and towels.
