Villa Dante sits on the edge of the forest in the heart of Margaret River, only 200m from the centre of the iconic town. The brand new two storey Villa Dante is quiet and peaceful and the views to the forest backdrop are exceptional. A peaceful country feel yet close to all the restaurants, cafes and entertainment of town. Also located close to mountain bike and walking trails.

With a light filled living zone and open-plan design, fully appointed with brand new furnishings and equipment, you'll find everything you will ever need to enjoy a quick break or extended stay. Relax and enjoy the tranquil views from the balcony over the tall trees. A comfortable lounge suite and flat screen TV give you that at home feeling.

The kitchen is very well stocked for those that love to cook. Featuring a large fridge/freezer, induction hotplate and oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and much more. Enjoy a barbeque and glass of Margaret River wine on the balcony as you watch the sunset and listen to the bird life.

Villa Dante can comfortably sleep up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, all downstairs. Portacot and high chair also available. Please note the upstairs bedroom is locked for owner use.

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washer (with detergent) and dryer in Laundry should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.

Just minutes walk to the town centre and Rails to Trails Walk/Cycle Trail, Barrett St Weir, 8 mins drive to Margaret River Golf Club, 10 mins drive to Margaret River mouth & Surfers Point.

Perfect for couples looking for a romantic escape or for families, Villa Dante is a home-from-home as the perfect base to explore the beautiful Margaret River region with world-class food, wine, mountain bike trails and surf beaches all within a quick drive.

Central position

The house is very clean and walking distance to town. They have very generous inclusions in the kitchen so you really only need to buy food. The only negative is that the second bedroom cannot be made into a double bed but is presented as two singles, which is less than ideal for two adults.

This property was located close to the central hub, which was great for walking to shops, cafes and pubs. House was lovely and in quiet area. However, would have liked a toilet upstairs in the main living area.

Great location

The main bedroom is downstairs as the upstairs room is locked, which we didn’t realise until we arrived so it was a little disappointing. Aside from that it’s at an amazing location and had everything we needed!

Great Location. Clean Modern Property

Great place to stay. Almost new condition. Well furnished with great couch and large flat screen. Kitchen included cereals and great coffee selection. Patio with view of trees was great. Downside was only one toilet and need to go up and down stairs so often (kitchen / living room upstairs and rooms / bathroom downstairs). One toilet only. Great place overall.
