The House is a luxury stone villa built upon an ancient stable, set in a forest, in the heart of the Monti Lucretili Regional Park, where you can only hear wind through the oak and elm trees, water flowing in the nearby creek, and you can only meet hares and boars and the odd roe deer; but you are just 15 minutes drive from the cozy medieval towns of Scandriglia and Orvinio and 1 hour 15 from Rome.
