1925 Spanish Bungalow with direct relaxing views of the Manatee River. Home is 2 min walk to Manatee Memorial, 2 minutes to Riverwalk and 10 minutes to Downtown Bradenton, loaded with restaurants and bars. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4. Awesome FL get away with the beach 20 minute's away. Backyard has a gazebo, huge gas/charcoal grill. Washer and Dryer. You will have access to a 2 person paddle board (if available) with fishing poles. Boat and Jetski rental close by too. Cameras mentioned in 1 review are on the outside for yours and mines protection. Able to be disconnected by guest after entry into the home.

Thanksgiving getaway

Very nicely decorated and redone 1925 bungalow. Owner was very accommodating and Allowed us to check in early in order to prepare our thanksgiving dinner. Walking distance to a great tiki hangout at the end of the street, right on the Manatee River!

Labor Day weekend

Property was clean and neat. The owner was accommodating and left excellent instructions for Check in and use of items in the home.
