Private home in a upscale , dead end , safe , convenient central location . home has approx 2500 sq ft developed . Large southern facing deck and backyard . 10 min drive or 30 min walk for all attractions in the city . Home has three bedrooms with 2 queens , and two singles . This is our personal home which we rent for a minimum of one month in the summer as we move to our second home . Home would normally be rented to returning guests but because of current conditions they are unable to visit Nfld this year . Home is rented on a monthly basis ( Give or take a few days ) at $150.00 a night for the number of nights house is used
