This townhouse has everything you need to feel at home! Two workstation desks - perfect for couples who are on work trips. A full or half bath located on each floor. Walking distance to both Bowring Park and the heart of Downtown while being conveniently located near the West End of St. John's. There are also plenty of walking trails to enjoy the nature of Newfoundland.

The neighborhood is charming and quiet. There are several walking trails around including the old train tracks walking trail that leads to Bowring Park.
- 10 minute walk to Water Street (west side).
- 45 minute walk to one of the most beautiful parks in St. John's - Bowring Park. (Less time if you take the walking trials).
- 5 minute drive (30 minute walk) to George Street, Duckworth Street and Water Street (East)!
- 30 minute walk to the Village Mall.
- 15 minute drive to Cape Spear.

Upstairs you will find the main bathroom and two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom features plenty of clothing storage and a second desk that can also be used as a space to get ready.
