It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The harbour front, cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, bars and are all within a 5 minute walk away.

-Easy access as there is just one step to get into the space from the street
-The open concept space allows you to watch Bell Fibre TV while cozied next to the fire place or from the kitchen
-Dishwasher and washer/dryer will make your stay more convenient
-Everything you need is within walking distance.
-A parking permit for on street parking is included in your stay.

**At the end of your stay you must leave this permit in the apartment. There will be a $35 fee if you misplace or take the permit**
