Villa Laeta - feel true colors of Istria

Villa Laeta is a traditional Istrian house located in the heart of Istria, in the small village of Mrkoči. The house was completely renovated in 2020 using only natural materials and respecting the Istrian cultural heritage. A beautiful swimming pool stands out on the spacious garden. It is a saltwater pool gets cleaned using a filtering system. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room while the bedrooms are upstairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. Every detail was carefully taken into account when arranging the interior of the house.

NOTE: only Saturday to Saturday reservations accepted.
