The house was good, only issue is all the bed mattresses are terrible! I am not one to complain usually but this I felt was needed. We had 6 adults and 3 kids and each of us felt that you should be aware. We kind of expected the mattresses from the pull out couches would not be comfortable but even the master bed was terrible. The owners should really come sleep on them and see if they agrees. The house was not ready, laundry was still going and no trash bags. Propane tank was empty so we had to go exchange that so we could grill out. On the upside the pool was nice.

Most enjoyable home!

This place is a gem. Beautiful house and neighborhood. Very comfortable, everyone had their own space, beautiful decoration. One person in our group was in a wheel chair and the house was perfect for her. You want to hang around the pool area for the whole day. Extremely clean and well equipped!!! We all wanted to stay longer. Our hostess Kim was great! Thanks very much

Very Clean, roomy and comfortable home

Our family of 4 adults and two children ages 5 and 7 stayed here for a week. The pool area was where we hung out most of the time. Great pool even tho it was smaller than we expected. The entire house was very clean. The couches were comfortable and the beds ok. We liked sitting on the dock and saw a manatee and jumping fish. The home is very convenient to a grocery store, restaurants and parks. It was 30 miles or so to beautiful Englewood Beach. All in all a great place to stay while we vacationed in Punta Gorda. Thank you!

Loved the house and swimming pool! The location of the house is close to everything in Punta Gorda and is within a hour of a lot of places to visit in the Ft. Myers and Naples area.

Absolutely loved this place. Its just like the picture. It's not only beautiful , it is as clean as a whistle. First place we ever stayed at that was so well stocked with every thing you could of needed. Neighborhood is perfect for walking, bike riding etc. Highly recommended. Thank you so much!!

We were amazed by the place, the pic's don't do it justice. The place was an oasis of peace and relaxation. We spent most our time in the pool, and fishing from the dock, it was great! We got to see two manatee swimming in the bay.

We enjoyed staying in your lovely home with our family. Everything was very clean and with Covid we felt very safe. The only thing is the beds were too firm for all of us and we would suggest better pillows. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home.

House and pool were great. It's furnished nicely and has all of your basic needs while on vacation, house was stocked nicely. All and all, it's a great home to stay at! Some things we weren't thrilled about....We arrived expecting to have beach chairs and an iron as the listing states and were disappointed when these amenities were not available. We travel often to Florida for quick getaways from the cold Northeast, so I strategically book homes with certain amenities so we have no worries upon arrival and these were important items for us. The beds and pillows...There were 5 of us, (ages 50, 48, 22, 20 and 16) and ALL OF US complained about the comfort of the beds and pillows. This was just us, comfort level for each guest will be different, but we all had issues with the beds and pillows. The pool patio.....there are no loungers to lay on in the sun at the pool, nor any pool floats to lay on. Again these are minor, but something we missed having. If beach chairs would've been available, we would've used those at the pool. I actually went and bought inflatable pool loungers for us to enjoy during our stay. After going back and forth all week with the management company about the beach chairs, they did state that the owners were shipping beach chairs, however they did not arrive before our departure. I was pleasantly surprised to have a refund issued by the owners upon our departure due to the beach chair and iron mishap, which was greatly appreciated.

Great memories were made here!

Everything was very clean and comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood in a great location. The heated pool was also great, as our kids lived in it while we were there. The house manager, Nancy, was wonderful. She was very prompt with all of our inquiries. We would definitely come back here.

Beautiful home with fantastic view

Very spacious. Loved the half bath in the pool/lanai area. LOVE how the sliding door fully opens so you can enjoy the views and breezes inside as well. The master closet and master bath! 😍 However, if I'm being overly picky, I'd like to see some additional amenities. The kitchen needs a few more pots, pans, and serving dishes. We were there for a wedding and I had to borrow an iron and ironing board from a local friend. Maybe some additional beach chairs the guests could borrow. Maybe even some basic fishing equipment. But again, those are very minor wants, not needs. Everything you need is provided. Great location. Beautiful house. We would definitely stay again!
