This was one of the loveliest homes we have stayed in. Everything was perfect. Loved the patio and seating area outside too! Spacious kitchen and living area. Comfortable beds as well. Quick drive to restaurants and grocery store.

Lovely Place in a quiet neighborhood

Loved this place, beautiful back yard, lovely interior. The back yard was so useful! Firepit, outdoor heaters, lovely furniture, grill and a huge hot tub. Inside: Four bedrooms, including one with bunk beds, another one of which could also be an office if you're working on your trip. Great kitchen area, there were even two shelves of staple foods. We loved our stay!

House is nice and check in/out is easy. Back yard is cute! Decent location to town and surrounding areas. Very nosey neighbors. Our first day we walked outside to get food and a neighbor was peering into the property, looking into our stuff and on the property. One night well before quiet hours a girl in our group was outside and man in the house behind was peering through his window into the backyard.

Great home !

We venture to flagstaff every winter from Goodyear for all the winter activities including skating, snow tubing, bearizona & NPX. This home was perfect you located in the middle of all out go-to places, was impeccably clean & decorated. My kiddos loved the kids bunk room and toys there. The backyard was also delightful. The only recommendation I can think of is for the host to provide detergent as we needed to do a load and there was none. Other than that it’s a great home and perfect for family’s !

Perfect home for our family of 6 to stay at as a home base. Explored Grand Canyon, Walnut Creek, Sedona, downtown Flagstaff, and enjoyed the local neighborhood as well. Beautifully finished, organized, and quiet area cul-de-sac. Kids loved hot tub during chilly evenings, and parents enjoyed an easy place for kids to rest between adventures. Reasonably priced with everything we needed for a memorable trip. Would recommend the location to friends. Thanks!

Beautiful Home in Northern Arizona

This beautiful home served as a perfect location for our family adventures in northern Arizona including the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon. The house is immaculate, and the photos here give an accurate representation of every room. The kitchen is well-stocked, and we made good use of the hot tub and grill in the private backyard. Check-in was easy, and the use of the garage during our stay was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this comfortable home to any family planning a vacation in the Flagstaff area.

Great place- but make sure to call ahead for snow clearing

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The only issue we ran into was when we arrived there was so much snow on the driveway and the side of the road, there was nowhere to park. We ended up losing about an hour before we could unload and settle in. The property manager did send someone out to clear the snow, who was very friendly- but I just wish they had thought of this beforehand so we didn't have to wait around in order to park.

Flagstaff Experience

We ended up having a great experience after we were able to get a few things taken care of by the Owners! The Owners were on top of it very quickly and were very easy to work with!! They clearly wanted it to be right, so kudos to them!!! The hot tub was drained and cleaned for us and ended up being a sparkling beautifully clean experience and the light bulbs that were changed out, gave the home a beautiful presence!! They did everything that they said they were going to do and did NOT cut corners to make them right!! It is a beautiful property and we recommend it to anyone to rent!!! We enjoyed hiking the trails that were just in about 200 yards from the front door!!

Wonderful home filled with surprises

Our stay at the chic and modern home in Flagstaff was outstanding. Booking and check in processes were flawless. The home was spotless and just as pictured. Clearly the owners were familiar with entertaining children because our grandchildren really enjoyed their stay as well. The bunk bed was fun, the child-safe dishes and flatware were appreciated, as were the children’s toys and the many child locks were appropriate. The house was so spacious that the six of us never even used the office-bedroom. The kitchen, dining and living areas were perfect for our needs and the bedrooms were excellent. The backyard was impeccable, with a paving stone patio, arbor overhead (with auto lighting), the turf area was fun, the BBQ grill worked perfectly, as did the two tower heaters and the spa, which we utilized nightly. I highly recommend this vacation home.
