Amazing location

Our stay was excellent and we were well taken care of from the moment we booked. The location is amazing. If you're looking to stay downtown, this absolutely cannot be beat! It's roomier and less expensive than a hotel. Our apartment was actually even more updated than is shown in the pictures. I won't even look anywhere else next time we need to stay in downtown Indy!!

Ideal location between the capitol building and the Monument Circle. Parking super close. Lots of restaurant choices within easy walking. Activities available in the building. TJMax shopping next door. Apartment much larger than expected. 2 king size beds in opposites ends of the apartment for privacy with each its own bathroom. Could use some additional larger furniture for lounging in the living area and a Keurig would be nice, but other than that my husband and I enjoyed a 2 night stay for a wonderful anniversary weekend. Thanks!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay! It was perfect for our family as we celebrated our son receiving his American Degree at the National FFA Convention. My elderly mother could easily manage the stairs and loved being able to have her own bedroom and bathroom, while my adult kids could enjoy the loft space with their own beds. Everything was clean, fully stocked, and perfectly laid out for a great stay. I can’t recommend them enough and look forward to coming back to stay soon!

Exposed carpet tack strip

The carpet tack strip is exposed going from bedroom to bathroom. First night walked on exposed carpet tack strip which wasn’t pleasant. Not all kitchen electrical receptacles work. Lighting is poor in living room. There are no light fixtures, only dimly lit lamps. Would not stay here again
