This is a great place to stay if you love spending time right on Manzanita beach. The price was good and the stay was quaint and cozy. It fit our families needs just right!
This was our third time staying at this property and will not be our last. It's really starting to feel like our home at the coast. Location is quiet, yet close to the charming village of Manzanita. Love falling a sleep to the ocean.
This house was perfect for our family of two adults and three kiddos! It was clean, comfortable, well stocked with essentials and activities, close to town and the beach, and with nice finishes to top it off. We already booked another week for next year!
Great accommodations for a three generation family. Private bath for master bedroom, game room for the kids, large dining room table, lots of cable channels and a great wifi box. Plenty of supplies upon arrival, paper products, soaps and even coffee! Everything was very well maintained. Lots of towels... so many towels.
We loved our stay, the house is nicely furnished and the kitchen is well stocked. We made use of the extra table for jigsaw puzzles and card games. We had a great time in Manzanita.
This is a welcoming property. It’s apparent that the owner has taken care to anticipate guests’ needs. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. Great location. Our group (4 adults, 2 children) loved it!
Super comfortable house and great location for beach access and walks to town!

We enjoyed our stay, BUT...the headline description "Steps from the beach" is inaccurate. Everything else about the house was well done, and if our expectations has been NOT steps from the beach, this place was spot on, and also well appointed for a family with children. The Manzanita dunes are protected (as they should be) and there are specific access points to the beach over the dunes on paths from the neighboring roads. The nearest access point to the beach from this house is down the street, followed by a 1000 yd path (football field length) up and over a high sand dune to the beach (envision walking over this--great cardio for the average person). The access points north of this become flatter, and the flattest/shortest access is 1/2 mile north of this house. We were a group of 2 couples, with the honored guest being a recovering cancer patient who is mobile, but easily fatigued. While researching where to stay, our number one filter of being "steps from the beach" was completely wrong, and the photos showing the empty lot across the street was misleading. "Privacy" means you cannot sit on the deck and see the beach at all, nor access it nearby.
Town is walking distance from the house and LOTS of cute shops, restaurants, small grocery store. House does not overlook the beach but just a short walk and you're there. This is my second time renting this property. It is darling:)
Great trip. Loved the house and the location. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable with luxurious remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. It was so nice to have it be so quiet yet quick easy access to the beach and to town.
The location, amenities, and beauty of this house made our spring break with our two small kids perfection. We enjoyed the beach, town, and deck everyday!
This was our second time staying in this house, and it is by far our favorite beach house. It is impeccably clean, well outfitted, and so comfortable. I would love to retire in this house someday!
Absolutely perfect home for my family. Fantastic spot in Manzanita. Loved all the touches. My kid had me reading the children’s books every night. Will stay again!
