The Space:

This short term rental strictly cannot be used for events or group gatherings that exceed maximum occupancy.



This stylishly furnished home with vibrant decor is located in one of Orlando’s best resort communities, ‘Windsor at Westside’ which means, as our guest you have access to private as well as an extensive list of community amenities! This is the perfect place to unwind with family and friends.



The main spaces of the home:

- A large, palatial open-plan living to kitchen area on the ground floor with plush furnishings.

- The ground floor living room has direct access to the private pool and spacious outdoor lounge area with a retractable safety net fence in case you have little ones.

- A fully-equipped and large modern kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare meals at home. Plus extras like a coffee maker and blender and a dishwasher for easy clean up!

- A wonderful private pool, spacious patio deck and lounge area with an outdoor dining table that seats 6.

- Two-story home with 5 full bathrooms for the 6 bedrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests as such:



⦁ Bedroom 1: King Bed - Ensuite bathroom (upper floor).

⦁ Bedroom 2: King Bed - Ensuite bathroom (ground floor).

⦁ Bedroom 3: Queen Bed - Ensuite bathroom (upper floor).

⦁ Bedroom 5: 2 Single Beds - Shared bathroom (upper floor).

⦁ Bedroom 6: 2 Single Beds - Shared bathroom (upper floor).



- A dedicated workspace: desk and chair in Bedroom 2 plus other comfortable workspaces around the home for the remote worker or student.

- There's an upstairs living room/TV room as well to enjoy and never fight over the remote!

- A garage converted to a game room inside the home for family fun! Equipped with pool table, foosball & air hockey!

- A washer and dryer in the home for added convenience!

- Wi-Fi and cable, bed linens and towels are provided free during your stay.



The house is located at a short driving distance to Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Studios making it a prime spot and a must stay for you and your family in Orlando!



Windsor at Westside is one of the most attractive places to stay in Orlando because it features multiple amenities including: a pool with a lazy river, fitness area, sports courts, bar lounge, market & deli, and arcade and so much more! In addition to housing multiple amenities, it is a short driving distance to Orlando’s attractions!



Adidtionally, as guests of Windsor at Westside, you’re eligible to access the resort amenities of Windsor Palms resort as well. Which also includes a lot more amenities like: access to an extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft clubhouse, a pool with a water slide, a tiki bar with a mouth-watering menu for poolside dining, fitness centre, volleyball and multipurpose sports courts, a video arcade and more.



Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay.

The central location of this home offers lots of value in terms of time spent on looking for fun things to do for you and your family, because the community offers resort-style amenities like:



- Access to resort amenities of all “Windsor” projects, including Windsor Hills and Windsor Palms.

- Wonderful clubhouses, pools, on-site dining options, and so on!

- Lazy river and multi-purpose sports courts.

- Convenience store, “Sundry” in the community for any last-minute purchases.

Getting Around:

All guests are required to pay a $20 fee per vehicle, with no exceptions. Please note, when parking in the driveway be sure to pull all the way in and not block the sidewalk. Cars that block the sidewalk are subject to getting towed and we cannot be held responsible. The home is about 35 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is surrounded by really great restaurants and shopping centers.



Other Things to Note:

Pool

- Pool heating is available (Winter only)  for $50/day and must cover your full length of stay — just request it at least 7 days before check-in. It takes at least 24 hours for the water to reach a comfortable temperature, and the weather conditions might affect the maximum temperature.



What You'll Find When You Arrive

- Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one trash bag in each trash can, and one roll of toilet paper per toilet. Hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please note these are not replenished during your stay — when you run out, you're welcome to purchase more or have them delivered.



Good to Know Before You Arrive

- Washcloths are not provided. We don't provide condiments or food items due to Florida regulations. You can order your groceries in advance or stop at Walmart or Publix on the way.



House Guidelines

- Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home, and no drug use or illegal activity on the premises — a $400 fine applies.

- Please keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM for the sake of neighboring families.

- No parties or events, and no tents or external structures on the property grounds.

- This is a two-story home, so please keep in mind there are stairs to reach the upper level.

- We kindly ask that you avoid moving furniture.



Booking Requirements

- Lead guest must be 21 or older.

- A quick rental agreement is required upon booking confirmation

- Valid government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during your stay.

- Depending on the booking platform, a temporary authorization hold as a security deposit may also apply — this is automatically released after checkout provided no damages occur. (Not applicable for Abb bookings.)



Safety & Damages

- Outdoor security cameras are in place on the property for safety purposes only.

- Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.

You can check yourself in using the keypad.
