3 Bedroom self contained Maleny property on 2.5 acres with spectacular views of Sunshine Coast and Glasshouse Mountains! Sleeps 7 people comfortably (2 queen beds and 2 standard single beds with 1 trundle). There is a wrap around balcony, 4 burner bbq and outdoor settings, with flat grassed grounds for kids to kick a ball around. Plenty of spaces to relax around the property and watch the world go by !

The Bails on Mountain View House has a modern fully self contained kitchen, clawfoot bath, pot belly fireplace in lounge room and is fully air conditioned for summer. Peace and tranquility is assured in this amazing acreage property, located on Mountain View Road in Maleny.

Close to all Maleny restaurants and cafes, art galleries, shops, parks, botanical gardens, bush walking tracks and wedding venues (eg, Tiffany's, Maleny Manor, Little White Chapel & The Old Dairy). The Bails is located 3mins drive to main street of Maleny (Maple street) and 12 minutes to Montville. Located less than 100km from Brisbane and Australia Zoo is 15 minutes away. It is an ideal weekend escape from the city for couples and families looking for relaxation.

The home has a great entry and plenty of grounds for the kids to play, peaceful that you can switch off from the world for a while, and a well stocked fireplace to keep the winter chills out! My husband and myself spent the weekend for his birthday. Was quiet and private, but close enough to everything when needing food, supplies etc. House was beautiful, views even more beautiful. Host was so lovely and made our stay so easy. We have been staying every year in Maleny/Montville for years now, this is by far our favourite stay. We shall be back. Thanks for such a beautiful stay.

What a great location with incredible views. It is located overlooking the Glasshouse mountains yet only 5 mins from centre of Maleny. It is so close to Mary Cairnscross park and the Botanic Gardens and bird world.You can walk up the road to King Ludwigs German Restaurant and Bavarian Beer Bar if you want or a short drive to the Terrace restaurant or Sukhothai Maleny next door to it.The house was great for a family get together and the fireplace made for a cozy space when the weather cooled down

Lovely old character house - with personality. Huge rooms and well equipped kitchen. Shower over bath on a raised platform slightly difficult to negotiate, but well compensated for by magnificent views and lovely peaceful rural atmosphere.

Maleny is naturally beautiful, with plenty of activities like hiking, bushwalking, golf, swimming, fine dining, casual dining and cultural / artist events always at your doorstep. Our house is 5 minutes drive from the Main Street in Maleny. Best of both worlds !

What makes this property unique

Our property is one of the only properties along Mountain View road where the house isn’t butted up against the road due to our flat 2.5 acres, whilst having the same iconic views. We have space and quietness, native animals visiting our property which make us special !
