Suite 910 at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort is a privately owned one-bedroom condo located within Marco Island's most luxurious boutique beachfront condo resort. This suite has a full gulf view and balcony overlooking the pool area and gulf beyond and has been recently renovated with important upgrades such as wood look tile flooring throughout, a larger refrigerator than all other suites with separate freezer, white quartz countertops and a new bathroom vanity with extra storage. Offered exclusively by The Holiday Life Rentals, the suite is maintained to hotel standards of cleanliness and stocked with all the amenities needed for a completely seamless vacation. Inside the condo, you have a bedroom with a King size bed, large flat screen television and dresser. The en suite bathroom has double vanity sinks and a large walk-out shower. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and another large flat screen TV. Sliding doors lead out to your private balcony with a dining table, offering tranquil views out to the rolling waves of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has a full size oven and range, microwave, small refrigerator with freezer and cabinets filled with high quality dishes, glassware and cookware including pots and pans, a Keurig Duo coffeemaker (works both with K-Cups and for brewing a full pot with regular coffee grounds), quality cutlery and bakeware. AMENITIES: Gym - Pool area with chaise lounges, heated pool & hot tub - Beach Access Path - Complimentary Valet Parking & Bellhop Service DINING: The resort offers onsite dining options for ultimate convenience and the condo?s well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you choose. Visit the Beachfront Grill for casual lunch near the sand. For dinner, Sal E Pepe provides an elegant beachfront Italian dining experience with excellent food and a lounge area for cocktails and conversation. This property is no longer operated as a full service resort so the following services are NOT available: - Beach chair and towel service. The condo has beach towels and chairs for you to bring down. - Room Service Dining - Daily Housekeeping. If you would like periodic cleaning and laundry service, you may request through The Holiday Life. An additional fee of $100 per cleaning will be due, which includes a change of linens. A change of all linens can be provided for $70. A change of only towels or only bedding is $45.

2024 PROPERTY ENHANCEMENT PROJECTS: Between May 1st and November 1st 2024 the property will be undergoing enhancement projects which include upgrades to the amenity deck and pool area. During this time, there will be work being completed that may result in dust and noise impact, as well as the pool being closed during a portion or all of travel dates.

The front desk manager was not helpful - quite brusque at check-in. However the Valets were very helpful and friendly. They get 5 stars. The location was also perfect - close to everything, so this gets 5 stars. We were disappointed that there was not a place to sit inside the unit, other than sitting on the couch. Unfortunately it was very hot in the afternoon on the balcony, which was the only place with a table and 2 chairs. Mostly we were surprised and unhappy at the "class" structure denoted by those with specific towel colors in the building. Chairs at the beach and prime sitting locations were reserved for those with specific color towels. Other guests staying in the building also commented on this. It felt awkward and uncomfortable. When we lugged our own chairs down to the beach one day to sit, other guests at the property sitting on the "reserved" chairs asked us to move! As a result, we would not return to this property.

great location
great location, friendly staff and would definetly stay again. Only complaint was there was no kitchen table. We had to eat on the outside patio deck and it was cold and rainy during out stay.
