Sea Colony is a private, gated Oceanfront community located in the Northern Peninsula in Palm Coast, Florida. Sea Colony offers residences 24 hour secure, guarded entrance, old oak tree lined streets with plenty of sidewalks, lakes, Ocean and beach access, clubhouse and Oceanfront pool and spa. Enjoy quaint New England style architecture and the quiet lifestyle offered by this seaside community.

One small dog is allowed to stay on the property (under 50 lbs) and will require a $200 pet fee (non-refundable) - please register your pet with us after you book.

**NOTE 30 DAY MINIMUM STAY HOA REQUIREMENT | *A short application is required to stay at Sea Colony as well as a background check - $21 Fee. Guests will receive an email from DocuSign approximately 30 - 45 days prior to their reservation to complete the required HOA paperwork.

HOUSE RULES:

Please read each of the rules carefully in order to avoid any danger, deductions from your security deposit or additional charges to your credit card upon check-out.

- Please treat our house with the same respect as you would your own home. We’ve put a lot of effort into making this into a lovely space to be enjoyed by our guests.
- Be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay, this will make it much easier when check-out time comes!
- In case of any accidental damage, we’ll look into the issue internally to decide if and how much the deduction or repair cost will be.
- We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, DJs or BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm.
Please be respectful of the neighbors at all time.
- Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (7) at any time.
- No smoking/vaping on premise. If any evidence of smoking/vaping is found there will be a $245 additional cleaning charge.
- Do NOT place luggage on furniture or linens. Any damage or stains to furniture or linens will be charged to the guest.

Please ensure you read and fully understand the house rules at the beginning of your stay. If anything is unclear, please contact us so we can explain in further detail to avoid any misunderstandings.

These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.

Economical and comfortable. Beds are all top quality. The location is quiet and peaceful plus the view from the screened lanai is beautiful! Sun rises are spectacular and we were able to watch an otter - awesome! You can hear the ocean and walk to the beach. Publix and Bings Landing are close (5 min). St Augustine and Daytona are both 30 min drive. Many good restaurants close by. Alot to see and do in this area. We'll be back.

Perfect getaway
My wife and i had an amazing stay. The property offered us everything we needed and more. From the pool, clubhouse, and sunsets/sunrises on the beach. The hosts were super responsive and very easy to work with. We can't wait to book another stay her in the Spring.

We have stayed in Sea Colony several times and always enjoy this community. Quiet! Relaxing view. Short drive to the ocean. Beach and the pool area are great as well. We will be back!

Loved our stay at Twin Palms!
Location... check. Affordability... check. Service... check. Twin Palms checked every box!! My husband, our dog Xena, and I recently stayed a couple months in this wonderful house in the gated community of Sea Colony, Palm Coast, FL. We wish we could have stayed longer! Every morning we enjoyed coffee in the screened in porch while we watched all sorts of birds on the lake - all while listening to the ocean waves crash the shore. Then it was time for a walk on the beach! At noon we would take the wide paved bike path to one of the local resturants. Afternoons were filled with mountain biking, pickleball, kayaking or visiting one of the several nature preserves nearby. Every few days we would jump in the car for an adventure to St. Augustine, Flagler Beach or Daytona. We found the house to be clean and spacious and the community was very welcoming to renters. We will definitely be looking to stay here again. I guess that is the greatest recommendation I can provide.
