Upstairs, you’ll find the main living hub of the home, including a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for easy holiday meals and entertaining. The upper level also includes three additional bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with king size bed and ensuite bathroom, plus a main family bathroom with a shower recess, bath and separate toilet. The upstairs level also provides two balconies for relaxing and entertaining.
Beautiful North Avoca Beach, popular for its great surfing, fishing, and diving, is just a short level walk away, and is also dog friendly. North Avoca also has awesome coffee and food at 'The Boy and the Rose Cafe'' and a general store with everything you need, from sunscreen to meat for the BBQ. Avoca Beach is a short distance away and features a popular family friendly rock pool. Avoca Beach also features a charming slow paced town centre with funky shops, cafes and a theatre. Paddleboards, pedal boats and kayaks are available for hire at nearby Avoca Lagoon.
