-Keep balcony railings free from clothes and linens.
- The pet fee is $25 a day plus taxes. Only 2 small (25 lb max), non-shedding, well-behaved dogs are allowed.

Great Condo and Great Location

My family and I had a great time at Bahia Mar. We have stayed at Bahia Mar several times now. The host maintained this Condo in great condition. It is very well kept. Other than some minor updating in the bathrooms this is a great condo to stay in. The A/C works like a champ. Enjoy your stay. We will definitely return.

Family Time

Our kids came to visit from MN and we rented this condo for the weekend. The set up was perfect for all of us. The weather did not cooperate so we spent more time than planned in the unit and everyone had a bedroom and bathroom. The table was big enough for meals and playing games. The oven door handle was broken and maintenance came to fix it within a reasonable amount of time. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. Things you might want to keep in mind: this is a 3rd floor condo with no elevator and there’s no one to help you with your luggage, groceries, etc.; there are no supplies and you can only pick up a few basics at the check-in center during certain hours; the oven door only opens partially because it hits the cabinets under the sink; the overhead lighting in the bedrooms does not work and there are limited places to plug in the one bedside lamp; windows do not open in this condo, there’s no fresh air exchange; they leave an envelope for tips for maid services, yet you do not get this service - you must be fully self-sufficient.

Great Vacation Condo

We loved our stay! This was our first time in a condo for vacation and not in a regular hotel. Having a whole kitchen with everything you need to cook and separate bedrooms is amazing. Everything was clean. The beds were so comfortable. The beach was right there and had a little shower to rinse off. The owner was responsive and nice. We will definitely will go back if we get the chance.
