Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "The Big Awesome" and "The Bigger Awesome" - 12 modern and classically renovated 2-bedroom/1-bathroom and 1-bedroom/1-bath furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street. Your condominium is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium-sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $55.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make the necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and the information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Great Long Term Stay Option

My family stayed for 2 weeks while undergoing a renovation. Apartment was well appointed and comfortable for an extended stay. Loved the area--walked Peachtree nightly and enjoyed the nearby restaurants in Midtown and the Westside. Staff was very prompt and accommodating for the few minor issues we had. Great value--would recommend.

This place is my home away from home when I visit Atlanta. Safety is always my number one priority when visiting Atlanta. I travel alone most times and when I stay here I feel as safe as I do if I were home. It also has the same at-home privacy of a cozy neighborhood— just like home. Very noisy. Super hard mattress. Well equipped kitchen. Team BCA response: Thank you for your review. We enjoyed hosting you at one of our apartments, and we're sorry to hear that it wasn't the best equipped for your stay. Unfortunately, all our mattresses are the same firmness standard, so we didn't have a spare one that would be softer. BCA has really thought of the essentials in its apartments. But it would be good to see again the loud noise of the ventilation system, which is triggered very frequently and very early or very late. The host was helpful throughout the entire process which made our nightmare of bouncing around while waiting on our home bearable! The amenities where very very good and provided everything we needed to be comfortable and happy. I would definitely use and recommend them in the future. I am picky but this apartment exceeded my expectations. Washer and dryer included. They also recycle!!! Fairly quiet. Just an ocasional loud walking neighbor upstairs. Comfortable for longer stay

Overall comfortable stay. We didn't use it but appreciated the free parking. Kitchen & laundry were great, some laundry detergent & more toilet paper fir a 14 night stay would have been handy. Appreciate organizing our late check out. Team BCA Response: We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay while you were in Atlanta and that you enjoyed some of our amenities. For our 1- and 2-bedroom units we supply a starter pack of essential items such toilet paper, cleaning supplies and towels. We hope that it will be enough for each guest to get them through to our complementary biweekly cleanings. For guests whose stays do not qualify for a bi-weekly cleaning, we are more than happy to bring over a few extras to help out. We appreciate your patience and understanding about the wood floors. We are sorry that your upstairs neighbors were so busy walking around. Next time, you can contact us before hand to see if a 2nd floor unit is available. We are always happy to make those accommodations when available. And our apartments in the Specular Suites are another great option for less noise within the apartment. The units have more carpet blocking excess noise and the air handling system is much quieter.

Really liked the room but not the noise

Room was awesome and so homey, much nicer than a hotel.
