“Bear Pawz” is a tastefully renovated, Single-Story, Luxurious Cabin, featuring Designer Appointments throughout and Boasting Spectacular long range layers of Mountain Views.
This Luxury cabin is located on a quiet and very private hill top with close proximity to Fishing, Whitewater Rafting, Tubing, Swimming, Hiking Trails, Shopping, Dining, Mountain Biking at the Tsali, Horse back riding, the Nantahala Outdoor Center (N.O.C.) and The Great Smoky Mountain National Park or Harrah’s Casino.

On arrival, you are sure to appreciate the level parking area and only 3 stairs to access the entire cabin. Relax on one of the Rocking Chairs on the Covered entry porch while you wait for your guests to arrive, or connect to the upgraded and even faster WiFi* and send your friends photos of the Amazing Cabin and Views.
The living room offers soaring warm wood ceilings, a Plush leather sofa, loveseat, and side chair that are placed to enjoy the Massive Native Stone wood burning Fireplace and the Panoramic Long Range Mountain Views that are Mesmerizing…
On one side of the "split floor plan" is a Comfortable T.V. Lounge with access to the View Deck and offers a large Satellite HD Flatscreen TV that is the ideal place to watch your favorite Movies while Gazing out over the ever present Mountain Views. On this end of the Cabin, there is a spacious Queen Bedroom and a beautifully renovated Full Bathroom.
Directly ahead are doors leading out to the open Deck where you can enjoy the ever present Views and the Sparkling Hot Tub.
On the other side is the Master Suite with ensuite Bathroom, Comfortable King Bed that is placed to take full advantage of the Mountain Views, Doors leading out to a Covered View Deck, and a Flatscreen TV. Also on this side of the cabin is the 3rd Bedroom which offers a Twin DayBed with a Twin Trundle underneath, and an Assortment of card and board Games.
The Gourmet Chef’s Kitchen offers a top of the line Range, Cookware, Cutlery, Dishes, and more... For the BBQ’er in the group, a Gas grill is located outside on the Deck, where guests can enjoy a cook-out experience. The dining table seats 6 people comfortably, with additional seating at the Breakfast Bar.
After a day of shopping and fun, relax or spend hours resting on the wooden rockers on the large deck while taking in the sights and sounds of Nature, the Gorgeous Mountain Views, and Star-Gazing. Once you are away from the City lights, and you turn off all of the Cabin lights, you will see more stars than ever before. In the summer time, the Fire Flies magically twinkle around the yard and hill side...
The Fire-Pit is a great place to Gather and create Warm Memories - remember to pack the fixins for S'mores, and brush up on your Campfire stories.
To maximize outdoor enjoyment, the View Deck wraps around the back of the Cabin, and has a Gate on each side.
For Guest convenience, a full size washer and dryer are provided.

Our Pet Policy Overview:
Bear Pawz Cabin is pet Friendly. Our Pet acceptance is based on the amount of space for our 4 legged Guests to enjoy - inside the Cabin as well as the amount of space outdoors. "Bear Pawz" allows: Up to 2 Pets that are each 40 pounds or less, and He/She may be larger if there is just 1 Pet. Please, feel free to call or email us to ask about your pet(s) as this cabin's pet policy is somewhat flexible.
Pet Rent is a total of $50.00 per reservation, with an additional $25.00 fee for some pet exceptions.
When a pet has been a Guest, special cleaning procedures are performed and specific products are used. Our goal is to make sure no one can tell that there has been a pet on the premises.

- IMPORTANT CLEANING INFORMATION: We do our best to make Environmentally Friendly choices whenever possible. This does not include Cleaning Products. All Natural “Green” Cleaning products are not successful against todays Germs and Viruses.
- At NCMR, we do and always have used EPA Regulated Cleaning Products. Our Cleaning Procedures go above The CDC Guidelines and do include the use of sanitation cycles and procedures, disinfecting/cleaning products used in Kitchens, Bathrooms, Mattresses, and all surfaces, handles, door knobs, remote controllers, high touch areas, etc… (We provide a complete list of Cleaning Procedures/Guidelines, to all of our Guests, prior to arrival).
