This property offers the best of both worlds, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet centrally located with just a short walk to Lake Wanaka or the centre of town, where cafes, restaurants and boutique retailers abound. Convenience is key; enjoy the ease of staying in central Wanaka, yet less than 20 minutes’ drive to the Cardrona Valley or Treble Cone base. Take a short stroll to the lakefront and the Wanaka Tree, or cycle 15 minutes for local mountain-biking and walking trails.

Two levels means too much fun. Stay at Pip’s Lakeview Retreat and enjoy this spacious, modern holiday home. You will just love the large outdoor living areas; open the doors wide and gather with family and friends. Everything is big, even the views! The elevation means you can see the Wanaka skyline and exceptional views.

The central location offers privacy as well as convenience. Enjoy all Wanaka has to offer in this holiday home with generous spaces, sheltered outdoor living and modern yet practical design. The kitchen, always the heart of the home, has all you need to gather your loved ones and have a fun time away in Wanaka. Lovingly curated by Pip, a home away from home.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival.

Great house in a great location
Modern and well-appointed house in a convenient location. Good off-street parking and garden. The deck is a great place to have a drink or dinner in summer! The only negative was the double bed in the ground floor bedroom- very uncomfortable. The curtains let in a lot of light in that room too. Apart from that, it was perfect and we'd love to stay there again.
