Central Wanaka Retreat Close to the Lake
Unbeatable location in central Wanaka! This spacious 4 bedroom house is situated 5 mins walk from the town centre and 2 mins from the lake.
Warm and comfortable with log burner and large open plan lounge/dining /kitchen area there is ample space for all.
The kitchen is very well equipped and hot water is gas heated so can provide for large groups.
2 bathrooms and a separate toilet.
WIFI, 42` Samsung Smart TV (Netflix), unlimited fibre internet, laundry facilities.
Covered outdoor dining area with BBQ.
Perfect for large groups or families.
PLEASE NOTE: Airbnb does not consider infants to be guests (when counting numbers) and will allow you to book this property if any infants accompanying you take your guest numbers to higher than 10 guests. Unfortunately, our council regulations prohibit us from exceeding this number, including infants. If you do book for more than 10 guests, infants included, we will unfortunately need to cancel your booking and you will need to incur any fees we get charged. Please also note that there is no infant bedding provided with this property - you will need to bring your own port-a-cot and linen if you are bringing an infant. Also this property has a wood burner so please be careful operating it with young children present.

This property is very close to the centre of Wanaka.
There is no public transport in Wanaka so hiring a car is advised. Although due to the close walking distance this home offers to the Wanaka Township where you can easily hire bikes you may decide against car rental.
There are taxi`s available and most adventure activities on offer out of the immediate township offer transport.
Please note that we do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years. The primary guest making the booking must meet this minimum age, though accompanying guests may be younger.
Wi-Fi is available with unlimited fibre internet.
Please put rubbish out on Thursday night as rubbish is collected early Friday morning. The red one is a definite and its either yellow or blue,- just see whats happening in the street.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest app. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, and you are welcome to block out some numbers, but please note that our Guest App has the highest level of PCI compliance available. This process is necessary due to the fact that we have a self-check-in system.
