Lake Wanaka Family Holiday Retreat (Free Fibre Wifi)
Welcome to our large modern, sunny holiday home. With wide mountain views taking in Roys Peak, Treble Cone and Mt Aspiring to name just a few peaks. This home is on a flat north facing section and is fully double glazed with indoor outdoor flow to a concrete patio and large lawn. Easy 10 min walk to Bremner Bay and 25 min walk to town. The section backs onto a sports field reserve with soccer goals just through the hedge. Inside the home has a large kitchen with all the appliances and utensils you could need, there is a dinning area and a very large lounge with heatpump and woodburner. The lounge and dining room open onto the covered patio area with an outdoor dining area and BBQ. There are 3 bedrooms - one room has bunks and a king single bed, another room has a queen bed and single bed. Master bedroom has a walk in closet and ensuite with shower, toilet and sink. There is a bathroom with a bath, separate shower and sink, as well as a seperate toilet. The double garage has a table tennis table and washing machine and laundry sink. Underfloor heating in all bathrooms and kitchen below tiles. Carpeted elsewhere.

We are a family that love our time in Wanaka (on the lake, walking, skiing and biking) we welcome guests to enjoy our holiday home when we are not using it.

This is a modern warm spacious home with indoor outdoor flow to a covered patio and flat lawn. The house has unlimited hi-speed fibre wifi, table tennis table, smart tv, DVD player for entertainment.
The kitchen is large and well equipped. The house has two bathrooms and a separate toilet. Beds are top quality with warm douvets, electric blankets and blankets.
