Just a 5-minute stroll from both the lake and town centre, this warm and welcoming four-bedroom home is perfectly positioned in one of Wānaka’s most central locations. Everything you need is right nearby, with cafés, restaurants and the lake all within easy reach.

This relaxed and inviting home is designed for easy stays with family and friends in every season. The light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is the heart of the home, complete with a cosy wood-burning fireplace for winter evenings and heat pumps throughout for year-round comfort. It is a comfortable space where families and friends can gather, unwind and enjoy time together.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and share meals at home, with a layout well suited to groups and longer stays. The home also includes two bathrooms plus a separate toilet for added convenience.
Equipped with all the essentials, including unlimited fibre WiFi, a 42” Smart TV with Netflix, and laundry facilities with washer and dryer, your stay is made easy and comfortable.

Step outside to a covered outdoor dining area with BBQ, an easy and relaxed space for summer evenings or crisp alpine nights after a day on the lake or exploring the mountains.

Whether you are here for swimming and long summer days, or skiing and cosy winter escapes, the location makes it all effortless. This centrally located and welcoming retreat offers the perfect base for your Wānaka stay.

This property is located within a residential area. Please respect neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum at all times. Parties, gatherings and events are not permitted.

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be directed to our guest portal. Before check-in, you’ll need to complete a quick identity verification by scanning your driver’s license or passport. This step ensures the property owners` peace of mind by confirming your identity, similar to a hotel check-in process. Rest assured, your ID will not be stored in our system. Our guest portal adheres to the highest level of PCI compliance for your security. This process is essential as we operate a self-check-in system.

- Leave all keys back in the key safe when you check-out
- Check-out by your agreed time
- Respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm
- Follow our STRICT NO PARTY POLICY. If you are in any doubt as to this policy, please contact us immediately.
This home is not a party house & all noise is to be kept to a minimum. Please be aware there are neighbors so all outdoor areas must be vacated by 10pm. There are to be no extra guests over and above what you have booked for, no caravans, motor homes, freedom vans or tents on the property. The property grounds are to be kept tidy also please.
Following these rules will ensure your security bond is returned to you in full and on time. Breaking these rules may result in charges being incurred as detailed in our terms and conditions. If you respect the property as you would your own home, you can relax and enjoy your stay.

Please note, council regulations prohibit us from exceeding 10 guests in this property, including infants. If you do book for more than 10 guests, infants included, we will unfortunately need to cancel your booking and you will need to incur any fees we get charged. Please also note that there is no infant bedding provided with this property - you will need to bring your own port-a-cot and linen if you are bringing an infant.

Had a great stay. Just a bit disappointed with the internet. with unlimited broadband packages pretty standard around the country, we were a bit miffed to be limited to 1 gig per day. We all thought it a bit ridiculous.
