About this property
Adorable mini-house in heart of Trinity Bellwoods
Our place is close to Trinity Bellwoods Park—in one of the liveliest neighbourhoods in Toronto. The mini-house is a 400sf loft studio with lovely shared garden in the back. Private entrance through laneway. A two-sided fireplace adds great ambiance. Stylish, compact and right in the middle of Toronto's trendiest area. Not recommended for little kids as the loft is quite high and is accessed via a ladder but excellent for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. The studio (we call it the zed-shed) is modern and beautiful. Lots of windows, the space is small but well-arranged with high-end materials like granite counters, hardwood floors and heated bathroom floor.
