Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Wollte den Termin neu gestalten, da ich kurzfristig meine Reiseroute ändern musste. Aber leider keine Chance, keine zielführende Kommunikation. Zum Appartement kann leider nichts sagen.

Ao receber instruções para check in, faltando 3 dias para a chegada, o hospede não sabia que havia feito a reserva, alegou ser “engano”. Ao verificar que a reserva era válida tentou alterar (faltando 3 dias alterar datas significa perder a reserva que ele fez 6 meses antes). Para mês de fevereiro o apartamento já tinha reservas, e também em março… Como o hóspede não apareceu, não tenho como avaliar a estadia. Mas a impressão que deixou foi de irresponsável, ao dar nota 1 para apartamento em estadia que ele mesmo “esqueceu”.

Ótima localização

Deixo aqui meu comentário de total satisfação. Gostamos muito do apartamento que é amplo, limpo, com todos os aparelhos funcionando perfeitamente. A localização é excelente, próximo à restaurantes,supermercados e tudo que precisávamos; vizinhança tranqüila; Fomos bem recebidos. Dona Ziza foi super atenciosa e pontual. Sabemos que sempre existem "falcatruas" em certos alugueis, mas nesse podem confiar. Já indiquei o apartamento para os meus parentes e amigos e disse que podem ir com tranquilidade. Creio que seremos hóspedes frequentes deste imóvel.

Tive a oportunidade de passar 3 dias no Apartamento, fui recebido no local e no horario marcado, o apartamento fica bem localizado a poucos metros da praia de Copacabana, e na saída a mesma coisa. Pretendo voltar varias vezes ainda.
