Walk to the sands edge is approximately 2 minutes, the property is situated opposite a vacant reserve leading down to the sand and sea.

The lower level of the property features a casual living space with a large entry and bathroom / laundry area. Natural stone tiles throughout and large windows and doors that allow sunlight to stream in.
This lower level is available on request and provides Two bunk bed areas with a double bunk on the base and a single on the top. Sleeping for 6.
Beds are prepared with quality fresh linen and Bath towels are provided.

Upstairs be greeted by beautiful hardwood timber floors and a neutral colour palette creating a relaxed coastal vibe.
Spacious open plan living with large sliding doors opening to the front balcony that looks out to the ocean. The stunning views can be enjoyed from the living areas and from the stunning kitchen featuring stone benchtops, gas cooking and large island bench - that also serves as a breakfast bar.
The kitchen has a serving window that opens out onto the rear deck and has a space for that morning fruit and coffee looking out across the kitchen space to views of the sea.
There is a large bathroom with deep bath, separate shower, vanity room and toilet room perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning keeps the internal climate perfect.
The property features upstairs 3 large bedrooms with robes, opening out off the main open living space.
3 Queen beds, with fresh quality linen and Bath towels are provided for your stay.
Off the Living Space is a large Veranda / Deck area offering dining for 12 people and a BBQ area, all provided with a covered space so alfresco dining can be enjoyed year round.
The enclosed fenced yard to the rear has access from the downstairs area or from the stairs leading off the Deck.
This yard provides privacy and a seating area with a fire pit provided for the cooler months.
In addition to the rear yard area, there is an enclosed space at the front of the property that is fenced from the street and provides seating and dining whilst enjoying the sounds of the waves.
The property provides quality fittings and appliances throughout and is of an executive standard.
