Beautiful beach view unit!

My friend and I stayed at this beachfront unit and it was gorgeous. The view was killer and they had recently remodeled it and did a great job. The place was immaculate and the decor very cute. The only downside was it was too far of a walk to the beach for my friend and I as she has a knee issue and I got tired walking so far in the sand. But if you’re in good shape, it’s a beautiful beach area too.

Perfect Beachy Bday weekend.

The place was wonderful. Beachy, relaxing, and nice location. I love the decor, very chill vibe but yet energetic. We would come back to the room to get cool and then wanted to go back out. The unexpected touches in the unit, made the stay even better. We will be back. Hubby and I smiled for two days as we were having a blast. Thank you.

Tropic Terrace, so good for the soul!

This was my 3rd stay at TT and I'd go back today if I could! Its so quiet, peaceful, beautifully maintained grounds, great location with plenty to do in the area. Loved unit #26, was perfect for my daughter and I, was great to have the extra space this year! We'll be back :)

Perfect Vacation

Excellent unit. Very well stocked with towels, pots, pans, etc. Our unit was well maintained and quite comfortable. Hot water could be a bit hotter, but that is our only suggestion. No complaints! Property management was excellent.

Tropic Terrace #26 Treasure Island Fl

The property was very good apart from two minor issues. The bathroom needs some sort of extractor fan and the bedroom has no air conditioning just a large fan on the floor and ceiling fan both of which only circulate the warm air and sleeping is a bit noisy and uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning

THE CUTEST BEACH FRONT RENTAL YOU COULD EVER STAY AT!!!!!!!!

I was honestly blown away by rental #26!!!. It was immaculately clean, the decor was AMAZING, it had all the necessities, was a great size, and was directly across from the beach!!! When you first walk in the condo smells amazing, there are complimentary coozies, flip flops, and they even offer wine!! There was a map in the kitchen with little pins to mark where you are from, and also a guest book which sadly I did not get the chance to fill out!! We actually got married on Thursday 5/4 and stayed until 5/8 and it was the perfect location for a couple to honeymoon and enjoy quiet walks on the beach together, the condos were quiet at night, the pool was gorgeous. It was as if in treasure island we literally found a treasure in this location so thank you so much for giving us the perfect vacation and anytime we ever come back which will be very soon, this is EXACTLY where we will be staying. Thank you for the perfect memories❤️

Overall good experience

This was a wonderful property as far as location - right on the beach! We were able to rent one of the umbrellas/lounge chairs on the beach, it was nice to have a break from the sun. The only reason that this is not a 5-star review is the air conditioning in the unit. It was great in the main space, but it does not reach the bathroom or the bedroom. There was a fan provided in the bedroom which allowed for some relief, but it does not put out much air which was odd. It is a must know if you are a hot sleeper! Overall, it was a very nice stay - clean, location is wonderful and perfect for a couple looking to get away!

Beach Vacation

This condo was amazing! We loved everything about it...the decor, the location, and the friendliness of the property management. This is located in a quaint, tropical oasis that is relaxing and gives you the best of the beach and quiet time. We had a wonderful vacation and would come back here, hands down. Quaint Condo

This condo is located on the first floor which was very convenient. Is is very well maintained, clean, and tastefully decorated. Kitchen is very small, but we ate out during our stay. Coffee pot and coffee were provided as well as a small selection of wines which added a very nice touch. We will be back again soon.

Wished I owned this unit!

We tried a larger unit for our stay this year (2021). When we walked in we were in awe of the apartment. Everything is top of the line and very clean. All appliances were in great working order, painted beautifully and decorated professionally. The only complaint is that the AC does not make it to the bedroom at night however, we used a floor fan that was provided which took care of the issue. Definitely returning.

Perfect little paradise

Just wonderful. The property itself cannot be beat. Beach side; beautiful lawn; lovely clean pool; quiet and well-kept. Having the boardwalk to walk/bike is a luxury. Loved the long sugar sand walk to the massive beach. Sweetly appointed condo, very well-supplied. The king bed was ridiculously comfortable. The view from this unit is so lovely. We'll be back!
