Generous three bedroom family home across the road from the golden sands of Waihi beach. Expansive outdoor entertaining area with cafe blinds and outdoor heaters. Situated across the road from the sandy beach and a short walking distance to the local dairy and fish and chips shop. Town is approximately a 2km walk. The front yard is fully fenced. Come escape the rat race at the beach!
