This cutie has loads of room for entertaining.
Both front and back with decks. Relax in the sun on front deck from morning to late afternoon then follow the sun to the back deck.
With 2 Bedrooms inside the house, a sleepout out the back of the house and a hippy looking caravan with more beds.
Bring 2 or 3 families.
A short stroll across the road to the beach and access way for the quads. Only a few doors down to the local bar and takeaways and a picnic area at the beach reserve.
