The Space:
Summerville Treetops welcomes you with a striking stone-feature entrance and open-plan interiors designed for relaxation and connection. The living room is centred around a stylish leather sofa and a cosy log fire, perfect for chilly evenings. Adjacent is the media room, equipped with a widescreen TV, Netflix, and a DVD player, providing entertainment for all.
The modern kitchen features a premium SMEG oven, a large island, and all the essentials for creating memorable meals. A Nespresso coffee machine and cafetières cater to coffee enthusiasts. Enjoy meals in the spacious dining area or outdoors on the expansive alfresco patio, complete with a BBQ and uninterrupted views of the treetops.
Five bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy, ensuring a restful retreat for every guest. The primary bedroom features a king bed with leafy outlooks and a private ensuite complete with dual sinks for added luxury. Bedroom two also offers a king bed and convenient access to the outdoors. Bedroom three is equipped with a queen bed and mirrored wardrobes. The fourth and fifth bedrooms provide flexible options, with two singles in one room and a bunk bed in the other, making them ideal for children. There are two additional bathrooms, one boasting a luxurious dual-shower setup.
Outdoors, the large lawn and cubby house make the property a haven for children, while the outdoor fire pit adds a rustic charm for cosy winter evenings. The home also includes ducted air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and ample parking with space for a boat, ensuring convenience throughout your stay.
We take our responsibility to our neighbours very seriously. As such, there is an active noise monitor and outdoor security cameras with noise monitoring in them. Any breaches of noise limits will result in the loss of your noise bond.
The outdoor firepit is only allowed for use during the winter months inside fire season, firewood for this can purchased at service stations or hardware stores. Use of the fire pit outside these times will lead to a loss of your security deposit. Please ensure the fire is fully extinguished at night and before you leave.
This property is on tank water so please use water wisely. All water from the showers and laundry goes into the greywater system and onto the garden. Please only use the products provided and under no circumstances is any bleach or whitening products to be used.

A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
