Enjoy the benefits of having the largest lakefront view in the neighborhood, Come enjoy grilling on the lake watching the friendly neighbors waving to you passing by on boats during the sunset. Sit down on the patio during the night watching the stars and when its time to relax get comfortable with 2 queen size beds only to be awakened by the wonderful smell of your Keurig coffee maker in the morning.High speed wireless internet and Roku tv in every room.

Very quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Home is located on a Cul de sac providing you with lots of privacy and the largest lakefront access in the neighborhood.

Just a couple of minutes off of US-19 where you can find many local bars, restaurants, entertainment, If you need anything during your stay you are about 5 minutes away from a local shopping plaza with a grocery store, pizzerias, bars, AutoZone and just about everything you could ever need.Checking in 4:00pm Checking out 10:00. Any Additional guest charges after confirmed reservations will be doubled .Any longer stay for 28 days or more is based on two guests only also additional cleaning off $150 will be added. The house was spotless, beautiful, comfortable and provided lots amenities needed, the kitchen is wonderfully equipped. The host was great and very responsive to any questions. The house is located on a quiet cul de sac and is beautifully landscaped. The screened in room with the lake view is absolutely awesome and comfortable. The lake hosts an abundance of birds and aquadic life. If you are looking for an exceptionally clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated place to stay this is it, you will not be disappointed. The location was great for our needs. We had a fishing trip 3 days in Tarpon Springs. The home was pretty clean, beds were comfortable. We were welcomed with a personalized sign and a bottle of wine, which was a very nice touch. The house was a bit overwhelming with decorations on every surface which made it difficult to utilize the counters, dining room table and couches. There were baskets of towels placed in each bedroom and bathroom for use, that was a very nice touch. We were there during July 4th, and there were many fireworks to see from the dock, that was very cool! Didn’t have to drive anywhere to enjoy the celebration. The doors of the home need some attention (as critters can make their way in) and the dock needs to be replaced, as it has seen better days, and safety could be an issue. The home owner did respond to texts within a few hours. I had told them of some wasps that were in a ground hole by the dock and an Orkin man was sent out to take care of the issue as well as spray for pests around the outer perimeter of the house. We very much enjoyed being on the water, that was a big plus. Enjoyed watching the alligators and turtles swim about. Though there is a lot of traffic on the streets of this subdivision, the home is in a nice quiet culdesac. We enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at this property in early 2017, so my expectations were high about our stay. I was disappointed in the landscaping both front and back of the house. I was also disappointed in the dock,boards rotted and in need of paint. The garage is more of a warehouse than garage. The garage door needs replaced it’s so rusted at the bottom I’m sure that rodents are present with the droppings on the rug. The host did a great job on both bathrooms they are a big upgrade.

Thank you for the feedback. We do want to clarify a few points for accuracy and context. During your stay, no concerns or complaints were raised with us at any time. Had anything been brought to our attention, we would have addressed it immediately, as we always aim to give guests the best possible experience. Since your visit, the dock has been fully refurbished and is now in excellent condition. We're glad you noticed the bathrooms - they were completely renovated with high-end finishes and are a major upgrade to the home. Regarding the landscaping, this winter brought unusually cold and extended low temperatures for Florida, which temporarily impacted some plants across the area. That said, the landscaping has since been refreshed and restored. Finally, we want to be very clear that there are no rodent issues at the property. The home is professionally maintained and regularly serviced, and there has never been any evidence of rodents. We appreciate guests sharing their perspective, but we also feel it's important to ensure future travelers have an accurate understanding of the property and the improvements that have already been made.
