One of our favorites, this spacious 3-bedroom condo is perfectly located for those who love being near the boardwalk but prefer a quieter area. Just 3 short blocks from the beach and close to downtown shops, restaurants, and bars, it’s the ideal spot for a relaxing vacation. Recently redecorated, this condo features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, 4 TVs, 4 DVD players, Free Wi-Fi, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. Unwind in the outdoor pool or enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The condo accommodates up to 8 guests. PETS AND SMOKING ARE PROHIBITED. Please note that sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied, but a linen package can be rented for an extra charge.

Clean and great location

Spacious, clean, and well located. Only annoying part is that you have to bring your own soap, towels, and sheets but it was doable. You can also pay for the linens package if you don’t want to deal with bringing your own.

Great Time

The place was beautiful and clean… Way more spacious than we expected. Loved the kitchen and it was stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, bake ware and pots/pans. Enough seating for 8 people to comfortably be in the family room and kitchen table, which is hard to find. It’s a great location and our teenagers enjoyed being able to quickly get to the boardwalk whenever they wanted to do the arcade or rides.

Family Trip

We visit OCMD annually and have stayed at numerous places over the years. The location of this one was great! There were some repairs needed while we were staying which was not ideal however the maintenance man was very nice and the office was great with their communications aside of NOT giving us a warning when maintenance was on his way over. Over all the place appeared clean but it was clear that the floor have likely never been mopped! All week our daughter who refused slippers would have disgustingly dirty feet in no time. There is a washer and dryer however they are in need of replacement. The washer knob doesn’t work without being creative and the dryer sounds like a fighter jet in the main hallway. We were able to use them so it was certainly better than nothing but this was a big irritant for us. Over all we would stay here again if another property wasn’t found that fit the bill a bit better. The property management company is highly recommended. We rented from Vacasa last year and it was a poor experience, so much so we would not rent with them again!

WORTH IT

Big condo with a laundry room and large balcony which were so beneficial. Quick walks to the board walk, pier and beach at great locations. Linen package is such a reasonable price…why lug your own back and forth?! Only downside was that the pool was SO small and house stock of general items was low or absent. Totally do-able and didn’t impact our stay for sure!

Property was nice. Clean, ample parking. Only complaint would be the entry vestibule for elevator. It was very tight to enter and exit, poor layout for bringing in luggage and belongings.
