With two levels, there is the kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath, and oceanfront balcony on the downstairs level, and two bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs with an oceanfront balcony off the master bedroom. The unit is equipped with kitchen, microwave, coffee maker ,ï¿½3 TV'S, VCR, DVD player, Free WiFi, and a/c. There is also a laundry room on the penthouse level of this building. ** Parking for 2 cars, a non-refundable parking fee for each car is charged by the building and due on arrival, $40 per car approx. *** Off season weekends available *** Occupancy 6. Nice, above average

The unit has some major updates, but needs a few minor updates (door knobs, leaking kitchen faucet, silverware etc.) A vacuum and mop for the renter to use would've been nice.

No wifi in 2021?

The upstairs bathrooms were nicely updated but there was a musty smell throughout the entire upstairs. The lack of wifi was very disappointing as it should be assumed in this day in age. The building was nice and has a great pool and very easy beach access. Parking was not included in the south building for some reason although it was listed as having 2 parking spots.
