Newly remodeled in the spring and summer of 2020, this condo is fresh, bright, and beautifully updated. Enjoy a huge wrap-around balcony on this corner unit, with direct east and south-facing views – there’s truly nothing like this! The newly renovated kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the comfortable deck allows you to enjoy the salt air. Lay in bed and watch stunning sunrises or enjoy lazy days on the beach. The building offers a private, gated entrance to the beach and a hose-off area when leaving the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the condo includes a washer/dryer, 4 TVs (living room and master bedroom have cable with a wide variety of channels, while the back two bedrooms have Roku with Netflix and Disney+). Free Wi-Fi, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars are also provided. Located in a great midtown spot, you’ll be close to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The property is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Occupancy is 8. Please note – sheets, towels, paper, and cleaning products are not supplied, but a linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
