Great condo in the Sea Watch - 14th floor with fantastic views. Remodeled and lovely.

100% smoke free building!! Sparkling new and gleaming clean, this 2 bedroom & den unit at the Sea Watch has been fully renovated! With tons of upgrades in the condo you'll also enjoy all the Sea Watch has to offer - from the indoor domed pool, outdoor pool, outdoor children's pool, huge game room, exercise room, and more! Condo also offers 3 TV's, VCR/DVD, Free Wi-Fi, and central a/c. ( the owner provides a starter package of soaps and paper products.)� Even though this is a side unit, it has a fantastic ocean and bay view. (This is a smoke free building! The building does not allow smoking/ vaping anywhere on the premises. Anyone caught smoking anywhere is a violation of this lodging agreement and the agreement will be terminated, and you will be evicted. ) The bldg charges a non refundable $50.00 registration fee due on arrival. Parking for 1 car, non smoking. Occupancy 8. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Nice stay

I probably won’t stay in this unit again. Was not clean. Screen off the sliding door. No dining table. The couch was extremely uncomfortable.

Everything was great the view is wonderful it’s not to often when you get a great view of the ocean and the bay. Cleanliness of the bathrooms could of been better but we still had a wonderful week.

Negatives: I don’t think showers were cleaned, because soap was left on the ledge. Dated decor. Positives: great views, great amenities. The condo had all kitchen supplies needed.

Cleaning

Unfortunately there were chip crumbs on top the counter and a lot of sand on the floors. Who ever cleaned did not do a very good job if they had been there at all. Also dishes in the dishwasher.
