The property was very nicely located; entry into the property was very smooth and easy. The townhouse was well decorated. It was truly enjoyable to stay there!
Great fit for us. Had all the amenities we needed. Family friendly for the older kids, but I wish we had a baby gate for the stairs. Cute little park down the street and super close to grocery and restaurants.
We loved staying at this property. It was a great location and had everything we needed. It was clean, beds and couches were comfortable. Kitchen is roomy and well- stocked. Location was very convenient. Our only complaint was that the internet was very slow.

Clean and spacious
It was so affordable for how nice, clean, and roomy it is! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The house was comfortable, well furnished, and clean. It was in a quite convent area of town. It offered plenty of parkingThe 6 of us were pleased with our choice. The rooms were big and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. They had lots of storage place for cloths and suitcases.
This is a lovely home. It was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay
This is a great place to stay in Anchorage. Close to the airport and easy to explore areas north and south of the cityHouse was very clean and had everything we needed. Very spacious. There were 4 of us but this place would work great for a family. Garage parking was an added bonus
Loved location, having access to garage, fireplace, place was cozy and stocked for all our needs. Woke up at 6:30am and several large moose in yard across the street 😳- would definitely stay here again.

Would stay again
Convenient and in a nice area.Clean, spacious, heated garage (!), & responsive owner. King size bed is very comfy. Stayed during two snowstorms over two weeks and owner made sure driveway was cleared each time.
This was an incredible place to stay. Huge, clean, everything you need. I would choose this place over and over again. The third bedroom was a decent size. The second was the size of a master bedroom, and the master was ginormous. The kitchen was great to cook in and we had several meals as a family in the dining room. It was really nice having all the bathrooms. We even took advantage of the little nook to do some work. Wonderful place.
I stayed with my wife, parents, and in-laws. Devon and Amy’s place is fantastic. Very spacious to allow everyone their own spaces and a great common area to come together. While we didn’t use the kitchen, it is very well stocked. The place is clean and well decorated. You can tell Devon and Amy have put a lot of work and thought into making sure their guests are comfortable and happy. Communication from them was great, and I would recommend this property to anyone in the future, you will not be disappointed.
Very nice place, great location and clean. Good communication from property manager with instructions. Nice master bedroom upstairs and 2 rooms downstairs allowed for privacy for a weekend with friends. My only comment is the linens need to be updated. Towels are small and bed linens were not comfortable on a plastic mat bed topping.

The home is good but no hot water for shower
The home was good and specious. We did like home and cleanliness however the water heater was broken or something and after long day of outdoor activities what you crave for is nice relaxing hot shower however we were not able to take shower properly in out 3 day stay.
Great layout, cozy, great location. We rented this house for a Thanksgiving weekend and it was a great fit. Very spacious rooms, open floor plan and clean. Street noise wasn’t too bad in the master and there was virtually no street noise on the downstairs rooms.
It could use Kleenex and some more kitchen towels, we only had 1 provided and brought 2 with us from home. Had plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, trash bags, and ziplocs. A couple blankets for the living room would have been nice too. Excellent rental, we would love to come back again.
My son and I were going to be there together while conducting training at the airport. As it happened, my son traveled solo, so was the only one to stay at the property. He said it was fine, but that there was no AC, so he had to run the ceiling fans at full tilt. I doubt that he cooked, so he would've been better off in a hotel.

Very mediocre
Needs better maintenance and attention. Especially for the price. Examples are a running toilet and an unusable sliding door out to the deck. All the nice pillows and throws from the pictures were missing. Dead wreath on the door from Christmas greeted us as we arrived. No access to cable TV channels. TV unwatchable.

First the good: This is a townhome, occupying 1/2 of the property, but we didn’t hear the neighbors. Inside it is nice, spacious, and clean with a large master bed/bath, half bath, kitchen and living room upstairs. Downstairs are the other bedrooms and a full bath. Two car garage with garage door opener available to use. Lots of room for our family. Now the bad: No views of the mountains. Right off a busy street with some street noise. Not a very nice neighborhood. Now the REALLY BAD: the first day we were there we went out for dinner and explored Anchorage a little. It was a warm day, house has no A/C, so we had lots of fans going. When we got home, the fans in the master bedroom had been turned off. We thought that was strange, I searched the house and no signs of anyone being there, so we went to sleep. We were awakened the next morning by someone opening the garage door! I ran downstairs and by the time I made it outside couldn’t find anyone. I emailed the property owner expressing my deep concern and feeling unsafe in this house, and to this day, 8 days later, there has been no response. At this point I would say avoid this property if you value the safety of your loved ones.

Response from VrboOwner on 29 August 2025
We’re glad the home’s spacious layout, master suite, and two-car garage made your family’s stay comfortable. We followed up with the homeowner, who would like to share the following updates:- The home does not have A/C, as noted in the listing, and it’s uncommon for houses in Alaska to be equipped with it.- The guest contact number is in both the pre-stay email and welcome book, and calling or texting is the quickest way to get help during a stay.We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue delivering the 5-star stays we’re known for.
First, the place was very clean and had pretty much everything I could have anticipated on hand when I arrived. Struggled a little at first with the door lock but I just wasn't familiar with what buttons to push, once that was solved, the stay was perfect. Garage parking, very clean and well-provisioned condo, good instructions in the binder in the unit. I really couldn't sk for much more.
The property was easy to find and close to the airport. But when we walked in we found piles of dirty laundry in the bathroom, all beds were stripped and the floors, counters, etc were dirty. Clearly had not been cleaned from previous renters. I called Devon and left a vm msg then sent him a text. He responded within 5 min and apologized. He said that there had been people there the previous week and a single person for one day and didn't expect one person to have made a mess. HMMM - one person or 8 the place should be cleaned between renters! We had to be at an event in Wasilla in 2 hrs so he promised the place would be clean when we got back by 8pm. It was and we had no other problems.
Our stay was amazing. The pictures do not even begin to do this house justice. I am so glad we stayed here. We had so much room! It was so clean! Thank You!
