Situated at the end of Portsea, right near the entrance of the Point Nepean National Park, this lovely, relaxing, pet-friendly holiday home, set over one level, is perfect for a quiet, family holiday. With three seperate wings, there is room for everyone, as well as a large outdoor area to relax out on on a warm summers night or lounge by the fire on a cool winters night or even cosy up and read a book in the gorgeous central court-yard.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms, all with heating and cooling, 2 generously sized bathrooms, a lovely kitchen with a Miele induction cooktop, Nespresso pod coffee machine, as well as a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer; the pictures say it all.

In the perfect location, not only does this gorgeous home also offer private beach access with your own access code to enjoy Portsea front Beach, but you're a stones throw away from the entry to the Point Nepean National Park, a popular local attraction for all ages. Portsea on Point is a great base for exploring Portsea and its surrounds.

Great location & family holiday home
Great location. Walking distance to beach. House has nice lay out, stairs going down to back courtyard. Julie (agent) was very helpful & friendly. Property not as large as it looks in photos but comfortable. Thank you for hosting.
