Lovely beach house only 200 metres from Bennetts Beach. This property has four bedrooms, modern kitchen and renovated bathroom, dining area and open plan loungeroom with split system airconditioning. ceiling fans through out. This property is also close to shops and restaurants. Jimmys Beach 300 metres away new to holiday market Sleeps 9 (1 king, 2 queens and 3 singles). This property is *pet friendly* with WIFI. This holiday property has external stairs which cannot be fitted with a child safety gate and the property may not be suitable for small children.

*Guest need to supply their own linen (sheets & towels). There are blankets doonas and pillows at the property. Linen can be hired from Tea Gardens Laundromat 49971422.

Please be advised should issues with the wifi require a technician it may take some time to rectify due to location.

Lovely Hawks Nest..

Great property, with spacious back garden. Opened top floor living area can include both front and back decks, a great space to spend time in. Loved this house will definitely be back.
