The Ritz building is located at the end of the street right at the bay and is somewhat separated from the buildings surrounding it making for a private and personal experience. Gorgeous updated kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops are the heart of this beach destination. If you like privacy with views this is the place for you. As always in Ocean City MD. you're right around the corner from food shopping and of course a short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay, however We did feel the carpet needs changed the front door screen was torn and bathroom needs updated. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Property was quiet and had a nice view. Left note of observations of numerous deficiencies (overall cleanliness [ie. dirty carpet and rugs, dirty comforters and bed skirts, dirty floors and baseboards], broken or missing sink stoppers, broken table, lights not functioning in bathrooms), etc. We have stayed in numerous locations. The cleanliness and maintenance of this one was a surprise based on lack of care of the property.

This was a great location and had wonderful access to the beach and bay view! It was outdated and not very clean... But we enjoyed our stay!

This property's crown jewel was the view. It desperately needs upgrades and better cleaning

The property was clean enough to stay in but needs better attention to detail. The washer and dryer had sand. The refrigerator was stained and the mini fridge had food in it. There was dust along the ceilings and on the utility room floor. The mirrored wall was streaky and not sure it was cleaned. Kitchen cabinets were sticky. Carpeting wasn't vacuumed well. master bath ceiling appears to have been painted and oversprayed on the walls. Screens were torn and tvs were very difficult to operate. We found the instructions hidden away on day 3. These cosmetic needs would have been insignificant had it been cleaner and better prepared for our arrival. The money we paid spoke to the view and location/proximity to the beach. We had a great time but that condo was overpriced.
