Almost perfect

Everything about this property is almost perfect! The owners are outstanding with communication and the location can’t be beat! We love the Village! The house needs a little TLC but had lots of extras for the beach. The back yard space is awesome and spacious! We would love to stay there every year!!

Great location, close to everything!

The location was great. It had everything we needed for our stay. The house was very clean. It was only three houses away from the grocery store and all the shops/restaurants in The Village. Plus, a quick 10 minute walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive to the main beach. Nicki was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions. The propane tank was empty for the gas grill and she had it replaced within the hour. I highly recommend this rental. I had a great vacation my first time in Siesta Key!
